The hotel provides quality necessities in the bathroom which were really appreciated. the central location made it easy to get around the city. The breakfast offered a range of food to choose from, satisfying various palates.

The air-conditioner in the room stopped working and our complaint to the operator went unheeded. Another issue was that the linen was stained, which was not acceptable.

You'll love the friendly and efficient service, the delicious breakfast, and the stunning view from the rooftop.

It was right in the city center and walking distance to the Surabaya Plaza and a Thai restaurant close to the river in Jl. The room was very spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of options, but some of the menus were a bit heavy.

I chose Grand Dafam Signature for my wedding in January and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. The sales team, led by Mira, and the entire Grandin Restaurant team, especially Mr. Udin and Mr. Afan, were exceptional in assisting me and my family with the event planning. From menu selection to layout setup, everything went smoothly. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the front office team, led by Dyah, was helpful throughout our stay. The overall feedback from my guests was how amazing the food was, and I owe a big thank you to the talented Chef and his team. Despite a minor issue in one of the rooms, the hotel staff handled it promptly upon check-out. I highly recommend Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya for a memorable and intimate event experience.
